Version dated June 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the WGM (Website Growth Manager) service available at https://wgm.49port.ru, why they are used, on what legal basis, and how you can manage your choices. WGM is a multi-tenant subscription-based online service for website owners and agencies (technical and SEO audits, semantic clustering, position tracking, connection of the client's own official analytics via OAuth, AI recommendations, and safe changes to the client's website — for example, the title and meta description — only after the client's explicit approval; optionally, assessment of brand visibility in AI assistants (GEO)). WGM is not an online store and does not sell goods. Service operator: Individual Entrepreneur Marina Vladimirovna Sleptsova; INN 561407059668; OGRNIP 323508100225874; address: Vidnoe, Moscow Region, Russia. Contact email (including for data-related inquiries): ya@49port.ru. Effective date: June 25, 2026. This is a translation of the Russian-language document; in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian text prevails.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or on your device when you visit. In this Policy, 'cookies' also covers similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage), pixels, and comparable means that perform similar functions.
We use cookies so that the service works correctly and securely: to remember that you are signed in, maintain your session, protect against request forgery, and — where you have given consent — analyse how the service is used and remember your preferences.
Cookies may be first-party (set by the wgm.49port.ru domain) or third-party (set by external services, such as analytics providers). By lifespan, cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or until you delete them).
Below are the categories of cookies, the purposes for which they are used, and approximate retention periods. Specific cookies and periods may be refined as the service evolves; you can always change your current choices in the cookie settings.
Strictly necessary cookies. These ensure the basic operation of the service: authentication and session maintenance after you sign in, security (including protection against cross-site request forgery — CSRF), load balancing, and storing your cookie-banner choice. This category also covers cookies that are technically necessary to provide a feature you have explicitly requested (for example, holding a selected language or region for the duration of a specific action where the requested feature cannot otherwise be performed). Without these cookies the service cannot function, so they are always used and do not require consent. Approximate retention: from the session duration up to 6 months (for the cookie that records your consent choice), after which the cookie banner is shown again.
Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the service — which pages they open, how they navigate, and where errors occur — so that we can improve usability and stability. These cookies are used only with your consent. Approximate retention: up to 24 months (depending on the specific analytics tool).
Functional cookies (preferences). These remember your settings and preferences for convenience — for example, the interface language or regional parameters — so that you are not asked again, while the feature you requested still works without these cookies. These are cookies that enhance convenience, as distinct from cookies that are technically necessary to perform a requested feature (the latter are classified as strictly necessary). Functional cookies are used only with your consent. Approximate retention: up to 12 months.
Marketing and recommendation cookies. As of the effective date of this version, marketing and recommendation cookies are not used. WGM does not operate a behavioural advertising network. If they are introduced, we will update this Policy, describe their purpose and the fact that they are in use, and request your consent before setting them.
For users located in the Russian Federation, strictly necessary cookies that are linked to personal data (for example, a session identifier or IP address) are used in connection with the performance of the contract and the provision of the service you have requested (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Personal Data'); no consent is required for them. Technical cookies that do not identify the data subject formally fall outside the processing of personal data and do not require consent. The 'legitimate interest' basis for strictly necessary cookies applies only to users covered by the GDPR.
For users and data subjects covered by the GDPR, strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational and secure, as well as to perform our contract with you (providing the subscription service). They do not require consent, because the service cannot be provided without them.
Analytics and functional cookies are used only on the basis of your consent, which you give through the cookie banner. Until consent is obtained, such cookies are not set (except for strictly necessary ones). Consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time. Marketing and recommendation cookies are not used as of the effective date of this version; if introduced, they too will be set only with your consent.
For users and data subjects covered by the GDPR, the legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent (Article 6(1)(a) — for optional cookies and analytics), legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) — security and service improvement), and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). For users located in the Russian Federation, the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Personal Data'; consent, where required, is voluntary and may be withdrawn.
Recommendation technologies (technologies that present information based on data about users' preferences) are not used in the service as of the effective date of this version. If such technologies are introduced, then for users located in the Russian Federation the rules of Article 10.2-2 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information' will apply: we will inform you that recommendation technologies are in use and will publish separate rules governing them (stating the operator's details, describing the preference data collected, how it is used to generate recommendations in the interface, and how to opt out).
You can manage your cookie choices in several ways.
After you withdraw consent, we stop setting the relevant optional cookies. You can delete any cookies already stored using your browser.
Some cookies may be set by third-party services, primarily web analytics providers that help us understand how the service is used. Such cookies are set only with your consent.
Data processing by third-party services is governed by their own policies. The set of third-party recipients and sub-processors is maintained in a sub-processor register and may be updated; typical recipients and service providers include, in particular, analytics providers, an error-monitoring service, an email delivery service, payment providers (for the subscription), hosting, and object storage. The current list is available on request via the contact address indicated.
Please note: connecting your website's own official analytics (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Yandex.Webmaster, Yandex.Metrica) via OAuth is part of the service functionality, not a cookie of the wgm.49port.ru website, and is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). With respect to such data, WGM acts as a processor on your instructions.
Certain cookies may contain or be linked to personal data (for example, a session identifier or IP address). With respect to your account and user data (name, email, organization and projects, activity logs, IP, cookies), WGM acts as the operator (controller) and processes such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. With respect to data you connect about your own website and its official analytics, WGM acts as a processor on your instructions; this is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
You may exercise your rights regarding personal data: under the GDPR — the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority; under Law No. 152-FZ — the rights to access, correction, blocking, deletion of data, withdrawal of consent, and to appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court. To exercise your rights, contact us at: ya@49port.ru.
For users located in the Russian Federation, the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is processed and stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Where the operation of the service requires a cross-border transfer of data of data subjects covered by the GDPR, such transfer is carried out subject to appropriate legal safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses — SCC) or other mechanisms provided for by applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, when the set of cookies we use, our third-party services, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at the service address. We will communicate material changes to users by reasonable means. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
